Services described
Pages describe informational rates and scopes for portfolio insight reviews and related advisory packs. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or confirmation email from Signalpanelhub Co., Ltd.
Intellectual property
Site content, visual designs, and delivered packs remain the intellectual property of Signalpanelhub Co., Ltd. unless a proposal assigns specific rights. Clients may use delivered packs for internal owner and director communications. Public redistribution or resale of packs requires prior written consent.
No investment advice
Insight packs support property management decisions. They are not securities recommendations, formal valuations, or legal advice under Thai law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Signalpanelhub Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or from decisions made solely on the basis of insight packs. Liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
