Refund and cancellation policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for scheduled engagements that have not been fully delivered. Website browsing is free; there are no product shipments or digital subscriptions sold through this site.

Timeframe

Cancellation requests should be emailed to hello@signalpanelhub.click at least five business days before the agreed analysis start date for a full deposit refund, unless work has already begun with your written go-ahead.

Full and partial refunds

If we cancel an engagement for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that engagement. If you cancel after analysis has started, we may retain a portion reflecting work completed (intake review, chart drafting, or briefing preparation), typically up to 60% of the engagement fee, and refund the remainder.

Non-refundable items

Completed briefings and delivered final packs are non-refundable. Third-party costs expressly approved by you in writing (for example courier of printed packs outside Bangkok) are non-refundable once incurred.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@signalpanelhub.click with your proposal reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule once without fee if notice arrives at least three business days before the start date. Later reschedules may incur a 10% administrative fee. No-shows for booked briefings without 24-hour notice forfeit the briefing portion of the fee.

Deposits and work already started

A 40% deposit typically secures the start date. Once data intake and analysis begin, the deposit covers early work and may be only partially refundable as described above.
