What changes the estimate
- Number of buildings and units under review
- Whether rent rolls arrive clean or need reconciliation support
- In-person briefings outside central Bangkok
- Rush delivery inside five business days when calendars allow
How billing works
Most engagements use a fixed fee confirmed in the proposal. Quarterly briefings invoice each quarter in advance. A 40% deposit secures the start date; the balance is due on pack delivery. Rates are informational — there is no online checkout on this site.
