Data we collect
Contact forms collect name, email, selected engagement type, and message content. During engagements we may receive business contact details of your staff and property operational files you choose to share. We ask that tenant personal identifiers be removed before transfer.
Purposes
We use contact data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver engagements, invoice, and improve site reliability. Analytics cookies (if accepted) help us understand aggregate visit patterns.
Retention
Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months. Engagement files are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and professional record needs, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer retention.
User rights
Subject to Thai personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for optional analytics. Contact hello@signalpanelhub.click. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant Thai supervisory authority.
International transfers
Primary processing occurs in Thailand. If a subprocesser outside Thailand is used (for example email infrastructure), we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
