Analysts for managers who live in the rent roll

Signalpanelhub Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 to help property managers in Thailand present clearer pictures of occupancy, rent performance, and lease pressure to owners and directors.

Official registered name and history

The official registered business name is Signalpanelhub Co., Ltd. The company opened in 2016 after its founders spent years inside Bangkok management firms wrestling with owner packs that buried the buildings that needed attention. Early work focused on riverside condominium portfolios; the practice later widened to suburban townhouse clusters and mixed-use estates nationwide.

Today the firm remains deliberately small. Senior analysts stay close to each engagement rather than handing packs to junior production lines. Clients are property managers and asset leads who need visual clarity before board calendars, not brokerage marketing decks.

How we work

We begin with the files you already keep — rent rolls, occupancy summaries, lease expiry extracts. Charts follow the questions your owners ask, not a fixed template sold to every portfolio. Briefings happen in Bangkok or remotely, with printed or PDF packs that survive a projector failure.

We do not place tenants, appraise assets for sale, or file accounts. Those sit with your leasing, valuation, and finance partners. Our lane is insight presentation for managers who already know their buildings and need the room to see what they see.

Values that shape the packs

  • Measures stay stable across quarters so directors can compare honestly.
  • Sensitive tenant personal data stays out of our transfers; you redact before sending.
  • Recommendations stay operational — leasing focus, renewal timing, capital conversation triggers — and stop short of investment advice regulated under Thai securities rules.
